🚫 Custom Orders – No Returns

All custom-ordered products are non-returnable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we will not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or change of mind.

Please ensure all specifications are accurate and final before placing your custom order. 

At InstallAV Inc., your satisfaction is our priority. If a mistake or omission is made on our part, we take full responsibility and will act promptly to correct the issue to your satisfaction.

If we are unable to resolve the problem through correction or replacement, we will issue a full refund—no questions asked.
