Custom Orders Policy

 Due to the personalized nature of these items, all custom-designed orders must be paid in full at the time of purchase.

At InstallAV, we stand behind our work. If a mistake or omission is made on our part, we take full responsibility and will promptly correct the issue to your satisfaction. Your satisfaction is our priority—if we cannot resolve the problem, we will issue a full refund.

Please note: Changes or cancellations due to customer regret or order modifications after the sale are not eligible for returns or refunds. Custom orders are made to your specifications and cannot be resold.

🚫 Custom Orders – No Returns

All custom-ordered products are non-returnable. Due to the personalized nature of these items, we will not accept returns under any circumstances, including but not limited to buyer’s remorse, incorrect measurements provided by the customer, or change of mind.

Please ensure all specifications are accurate and final before placing your custom order.

Use of Site and Our Services

InstallAV reserves the right to:

• Refuse service
• Cancel orders
• Terminate accounts if misuse or illegal activity is suspected

Applicable sales tax is charged for orders shipped within Arkansas.

We strive for accuracy, but:

• Product details may change without notice
• Errors and inaccuracies may occur
